Painted Barn Media has had quite a week plus since our last time together .. a wedding (OK not sports, but they were both athletes at their high schools a couple of years ago), Pioneerette dance camp, football cheer practice, football practice and football photo day. This will be my last week of practice photos for a while, there should be real live sports to cover next week! Today's featured images focus on the foundation of cheerleading, without these ladies those fearless high fliers would never get off the ground.
